Thank you for being such a wonderful friend. I thought long and hard about an appropriate Birthday quote and came up with this:

Thank you so much, Karen. You'll be very pleased to know I had a proper Sunday morning lie-in and since then have just been reading the f-list. That's a perfect quote and one I must keep in mind. :)
