Am now strongly considering a nose ring, or at least a t-shirt with "Just Let Me Shop In Peace!" on the back. ;) I do get asked quite a lot about some of the things I buy; usually "What's that taste like then?" about a soya/rice equivalent of something or other. I don't think I'd ever ask anyone why they've got fifty tins of cat food and only one ready meal for humans in theirs; I'd just silently wonder...
Yes, she was asking about coeliac's disease (we stick an 'o' in it because we have to be awkward;)). Well, I presume she was, it's just occurred to me she could really have thought my name was Celia, and now she's one very confused little old lady, LOL. No, she must have been, because she was dying to tell me what she couldn't eat, and what her nephew couldn't, and his baby daughter, and at least ten other people.
Actually they are rather swish taps. Very long and elegant, with quite unusual handles. Whether I'll ever get them fitted is another matter, but they look nice sat in the box while I use hot water for everything.
