What about tea don't you like? My father made us tea from the time we were quite small, so I can't remember any point in my life when I wasn't drinking it. I wonder if that's one reason I'm so short - stunted growth from large doses of caffeine while I was still a child.

I think I can picture elegant. We went with brushed nickel, which I'm very fond of, and which conveniently is a finish that holds up well to abuse from children. I wish the same could be said of the wood cabinets.
