If they drive me insane on Friday - and she asked how much swotting up I was doing, which got a Greta Garbo stare of "Are you for real?" in return - I'm naming them for all to see and avoid!

Well that's what I was hoping for but I haven't reached it yet, LOL. He says he'll "introduce more warmth next time", which in hairdresser's language, clearly means I get to fork out a fortune again. Still, if it makes you all laugh... ;)
