I have never been made to read the Bard, which must sound weird to any Brit, as I'm sure you get your fair share of him willing or no!
You could say that, yes! Certain ones were a 'must do' at school; some I loved, some I hated. We never got to do the Beatles at school, though, at least not to study for exams!
