Does it make it better if I say that as I was writing it I was thinking that it would make a much longer fic, whereby I start off with the book in front of him again, only this time it's Tonks returning it to him and she's read the inscription inside from the person who gave it to him, years later than this... This is why I'm hopeless at drabbles, lol.
