Author's Note: A long-promised birthday fic for shimotsuki, who asked for the Marauders and the prompt detention. She also inadvertently gave me an idea when I badly needed an ending, for which many thanks and please don't sue me. I'm not sure if this was what you had in mind (I once had in mind about 500 words max., but then I've since long given up counting), but I hope it's enjoyable as it was fun to write. :)

I do so love to see our boys happy in their youth! I think you really captured that feeling of Senior year when you are excited, but really petrified to go out into the world with out your friends. Very nice! thanks for sharing!

Thanks very much! Glad you enjoyed it as I posted it at about one o'clock last night, and was relieved it still made some sort of sense in the harsh light of day, lol.
